Davey and Yonatan met years ago, and struck up an immediate chemistry. When it came time for Yonatan to record his first album POTS (Please Obey the Signs) he enlisted Davey for his superb musicality and his creative sensibilities. Davey describes the process as, “most of the things we have done have felt really natural and developed, and yet spontaneous!” He identifies having a natural chemistry with all the players as a key element to the success that these two individuals have always encountered in making music together. It has always been in Davey’s words, “cool and inspired music.”
